I’ve lost my combination. What do I do?

For security reasons, we cannot release a combo to an unknown individual. However, you may contact an Amsec registered locksmith or dealer to verify ownership. Click here to find an authorized dealer in your area.

How much will it cost to have a locksmith come to my house in order to get the combo or code for my safe?

The charge will depend on where you live. If you have your original sales receipt, try contacting the company you purchased your safe from. They may be able to help you at a discounted rate.

Where can I find my safe’s serial number?

Your safe’s serial number can be found at the front of the safe near one of the four corners.

The door on my safe makes a squeaking sound when I open or close the door.

The hinges on the safe door may need to lubricated. On smaller safes, you may use a spray lubricant. Larger safes will need to be serviced by a locksmith.
